Lost in the dark/Trying to find home? (poem)

Hey underworld :-P ja endnu engang er der et digt herfra mig af :-)
:-)som jeg har sagt ved de andre digte, så ønsker jeg konstruktiv kritik og kompliment:-)
ellers håber jeg bare i kan lide digtet og evt kan bruge det som en inspiration, og hvis i endelig vil "stjæler" noget af det. Så er det helt fint med mig, bare så længe i ikke stjæler hele/næsten hele digtet og siger det er jeres. Det er bare noget svinsk at gøre, so dont do that or the powerpuff dragon will come and eat your brain :-D

I walked alone in the dark.
I have lost all my gear,
and the only thing i've got
is this little candle of hope.
Can i ever find my home again?
or will i forever be lost in the squeezing dark

there is only a tiny bit left of my candle
i walk to every doorstep.
Hoping that someone would help me.
Hoping that someone would take me in
and give me all what i need
a shelter for my delicate heart
a place where comfort lies in every corner
a bed for my exhausting soul

but every time i knocked
a door slam into my face
outsider, freak monster was the following word
i was cast our like a bad dog

my candle runs out like an hourglass
so little time left.
But like with every ending
there is a new start
there was a brighten warm light.
A light from a dying candle just like mine
a person with shattered dreams
a person lost in the dark

no need for words
we held hand in hand
'cause we both know
it is so lonely in the dark.
Walking together, walking on our way home
